Our machines at Freshtival

For Freshtival 2023, we rented out machines for the first time to assist with the set-up and take-down of this festival. This included working platforms, forklifts, telehandlers and site carriers, totalling around 40 machines. Our machines were not only used before and after the festival, but were also on site during the festival.

Our cooperation

At this festival, we first received a list of the equipment that was needed. Subsequently, we contacted the organisers and made concrete arrangements for the rental. This took place towards the end of the previous year and at the beginning of spring, several months before the festival takes place.

Our permanent contact stayed in close contact with the festival coordinator to ensure careful planning. In this way, we ensured that the machines were in the right place at the right time.

During set-up and take-down, but also during the festival itself, it was important that the employees were able to work competently and safely with the machines. Therefore, the employees were trained in our own accredited training centre (including IPAF) before the Freshtival and we explained how to use the machines if necessary.
